- Yuzu: This is a fine Yuzu chocolate bar offering the sweetness and mild bitterness of this iconic Japanese citrus, with slightly exotic lemony taste. Weight: 80 g / Ingredients: Sugar, cacao butter, maltodextrin, Yuzu juice, and soy lecithin.
- Dark Chocolate: This dark chocolate (74%) is a chocolate that reflects the intensity of the untouched nature of Madagascar cocoa beans, by the strength of its acid and bitter flavors and its notes of fruits and cranberries. - Chocolate Ruby: Is made of 47.3% rare Ruby chocolate has a completely natural color and comes from the Ruby cocoa bean, grown in Brazil, Ivory Coast as well as Ecuador. Just as original as its color, it offers an exceptional taste experience with fruity and not very sweet notes. Marketed in 2018, it is a great success in the United States and Japan.
